COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:
1. To have a net increase in club membership of 10%
2. To have each Rotarian introduce one true prospective member.
3. Review new membership applications.
4. Strive to keep quality of membership.
5. Identify at risk members & those with low attendance.
6. Increase overall attendance numbers

HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES
1. Request that each members personally commit to bring 5 guests.(w/potential for membership
2. Meet w/ past Rotarians to see if they are candidates to return to our club.
3. Do an exit interview w/ members that leave the club w/ the goal to change their mind
4. Get in touch w/ other service clubs (20/30), Chamber of Commerce Members (Hispanic)
5. Recruit at appropriate local events.(Human Race, program speakers, etc.)
6. Review all classifications.
7. Secret Greeter.
8. Reach out to at risk/absent members (e-mail, cards, personal contact) to bring them back as active members.

COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:
1. Meet and greet all new members.
2. Introduce Red Badgers to other club members.
3. Advise and assist new members with Blue Badge requirements.
4. Hold social for Red Badge members.
5. Assist new members in obtaining committee assignments that will be a good fit for them.
6. Encourage and assist Red Badge members to become involved in various Club activities.

HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES
1. Assign a Committee Member to mentor each new member.
2. Hold MONTHLY Committee meetings, including the Red Badgers
3. Hold Quarterly Socials for Red Badge members and Work Projects opportunities.
4. Coordinate with Membership Development & Fellowship Committees
5. Chair will do an assessment with the Red Badgers & Mentors to assure compliance.

COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:

1. Increase readership of “The Rotarian” by club members

2. Publicize “The Rotarian” regularly.

3. Give special emphasis to the magazine during Magazine Month.

4. Encourage club members to give their copies of “The Rotarian” to hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, etc.

HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES

1. Conduct occasional quiz at meetings with question(s) in the bulletin. leading up to an annual drawing for $100 those who answer the question correctly.

2. An article review “Critics Choice” of the best article of the month by one of the committee members.

3.Conduct a survey during Magazine Month and impose a “fine” at President’s discretion in an effort to achieve as close to 100% readership as possible, during that month.
