COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:

1. Name a chairman for each of the twelve months.
2. Advise President whom will be giving Invocation and Pledge at lest by Monday of each week.

HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES

1. Chair will remind monthly person prior to their month.
2. Monthly chair person is responsible to stand in or find another person if someone they have recruited doesn’t show up.
3. Monthly chair person will notify the President of their recruits prior to beginning of each week.
4. Prepare a monthly form for committee members to use.

COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:

1. Make it easy for members to report illness/deaths at meeting or by phone

2. Provide cards and/or flowers for Rotarians and their immediate family members.

3. Bring good cheer, best wishes and support to our members Month.

4. Encourage club members to give their copies of “The Rotarian” to hospitals, rehab.centers, nursing homes, etc.

HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES

1. Members to call Chair or Vice Chair to give a report.

2. Make announcements at weekly meetings.

3. Have a Card at meetings for signature of members, to be mailed to/or delivered.

4. Send flowers to those with serious situations.

COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:

1. Provide the membership with stimulating, fun, and/or thought-provoking programs.

2. Bring in programs which are representative of the varied interests in the club.

3. Theme for programs this year = “New Faces, New Ideas” We will try to have one program per month that reflects this theme.

4. Bring in programs that inspire people to consider becoming a member of the club.

HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES?

1. Solicit membership interest by offering the members a chance to give their input.

2. Screen and select strong speakers

3. Get programs on the calendar early, along with good write-ups

GENERAL REMARKS:

We will be limiting non-profit presentations and will focus on non-profits that have direct links to Rotary.
