President Jeff donated because Elyse and Tom are relocating to Santa Rosa.  He is so excited to have them be local again!  Julia Parranto  went down to Monterey to just hear the ocean with her visiting brother.

Sunshine Report:

Dan Balfe’s knee surgery was successful.  Will Haymaker’s younger brother passed away after a sudden heart attack.  Recently we reported that Jose Guillen’s parents and two sisters got Covid after attending a church service.  We are sad to say that his mother has passed away.  His father is still very ill, but his sisters have recovered at home

This week’s Program:  Transcendence Theatre

Amy Miller and Erika Conaway spoke to us about what the theatre group has been up to since the world got shut down in March.  As most of you know they are broadcasting recorded performances from the last several years.  They have been working hard on equitable access to arts education in the area.  They have worked with the kids at Dunbar
Elementary School, as well as Sotheby’s Wine Country Real Estate and Google.  They would like to do more training and online classes.  Matthew Henry said he was interested in finding out what they could do with the YMCA. Jack Atkin asked about the rumor that they might move to the Sonoma Developmental Center, but the question was expertly skirted!
