COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:
- Rotary Ski Challenge – March 2009.
- Napa Rotary tour of Napa Valley Bicycle event.
- Human Race.
HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES
- Contact Tahoe Rotary. Plan for date. Drum up interest within the club. Form a Santa Rosa wide Rotary contingent among other Santa Rosa Clubs. Have a ski day prior to the event.
- Contact Napa Rotary. Organize group of Rotarians. Develop as a club fund raising event.
- Human Race – build on prior successful efforts. SRRF fund raising event.

COMMITTEE’S GOALS/OBJECTIVES:
- Start at the beginning of the year, select possible candidates and categories, encourage Directors and Committee Chairs to work to achieve award winning results.
- To set goals to help our club STAY the best in the District.
- To communicate to the club our intent to capture awards within the District.
- To have awards reports completed and forwarded to the District Awards Chairman and the District governor before the deadline.(DISTRICT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE)
- To promote our projects in the District newsletter.
HOW WILL YOUR COMMITTEE ACHIEVE THE GOALS/OBJECTIVES
- Communicating with Directors and Committee Chairs.
- Determine what awards to seek.
- Work with Secretary to establish dates R.I. awards must be in for OUTSTANDING MEMBER AND OUTSTANDING PRESIDENT.
- Work with Publicity Committee. Keep in contact with Historian and help to collect information for the Historian to keep.
- Keep President informed.
